The American Bus Association (ABA) and CoachQuote.com are offering an online quoting system for ABA members. The CoachQuote RFP system allows tour operators, the general public and other motorcoach operators to request quotes for transportation in North America. On the service, which can be accessed at www.buses.org or www.coachquote.com, users fill out a bid request form that asks for trip details such as origin and destination points, passenger counts and special needs. The request is then forwarded to participating ABA carriers serving the indicated guideway cities. Operators may then respond directly to the customer with a quote.
