“We are seeing progressive changes in public and private transportation which will allow us to put our experience in mobile connectivity to use and enhance both driver and passenger experience,” said John Trenberth, CEO, Pana-Pacific.

Coach Infotainment systems from Bosch are customized for specific vehicle manufacturers and vehicle applications and with specialized components. The smartRadio is designed for controlling and playing audio sources in the vehicle cockpit. It includes Bluetooth® capabilities to allow audio streaming and safe, convenient hands free mobile phone calls. The smartPanel is designed for controlling and playing media sources in the vehicle cabin. On the system’s optional monitors, motorcoach passengers can view image and video files from USB and SD storage devices.

The smartRadio and the smartPanel can operate as standalone devices or in tandem. In 2020, the high-end Coach Infotainment series system will launch including a digital system architecture with ETH AVB technology.
