[IMAGE]RedCoach-full-6.jpg[/IMAGE]RedCoach, the first luxury ground transportation provider in the Southeast, announced that it has added Tampa, Fla. to the list of markets it services. The company also plans to add Jacksonville and Daytona Beach, Fla. by the end of the fourth quarter.
RedCoach currently services eight markets including: Orlando, Miami, Atlanta, Tampa, Gainesville, Tallahassee, Pompano Beach and West Palm Beach. Jacksonville and Daytona Beach will be added to the list of destinations by the end of the year to meet customer demand.
“Now, more than ever, everyone is looking for a transportation option to get them to their destinations comfortably and affordably, without sacrificing travel time,” said Kim Hinton, account manager and spokeswoman for RedCoach. “Customer demand is the driver behind adding new destinations. Along with the positive feedback we’ve received, we’ve heard many requests for more destinations.”
Recent research shows that 20 percent of RedCoach’s passengers would normally fly, proving this new service competes effectively with airlines. RedCoach’s amenities are increasingly drawing business travelers toward coach travel, the company reported. They represent 12 percent of the company’s passengers. College students are also using this new service, and make up 15 percent of RedCoach’s riders, according to a company survey.
The company’s fleet of luxury Prevost motorcoaches seat just 27 where regular coaches seat 56. Passengers can recline their business class leather seats with foot rests up to 140 degrees. Wi-Fi is complimentary onboard, and each seat comes with a lap desk and standard 110V electrical outlet, making it easy for passengers to work while they ride. Passengers can also watch movies shown on each of the motorcoach’s LCD monitors.
Each luxury coach is fully equipped with the latest technology in safety, quality, and comfort in order to meet traveler’s needs. Every coach operates with a GPS satellite system that continually monitors coach location, position and driver activity, making it possible for RedCoach to notify passengers of any travel delays and updates while they wait. For additional security, each motorcoach has interior security cameras that are constantly monitored.
RedCoach is now offering special deals to allow passengers to experience its service at a low cost. Round trip tickets range from $40 to $100 depending on the destination.
