SyberWorks equips Houston with learning system
Since 1995, the company has developed and delivered unique and economical solutions to create, manage, measure, and improve e-Learning programs at companies and organizations in the U.S., Canada, Europe and other countries.
SyberWorks Inc., a supplier of learning management systems, has signed an agreement with Houston Metro Transit Authority to provide rail worker maintenance-certification training.
“Our training organization currently serves 80 employees, who repair and maintain the Houston metro rail system. And, we expect this number of employees to triple over the next few years," said Jim Fountain, rail maintenance training manager for SyberWorks. "These workers need annual and bi-annual safety- and equipment-certification training on forklifts, overhead cranes, “hyrail” vehicles (which operate on both highways and rails), and other types of track-line machines.”
