Velvac Inc. hired Chris Shigley as national sales manager, bus and specialty vehicles. He is responsible for growing sales and providing accounts with support and direction, according to the company.
Most recently, Shigley worked for REI, where he managed the sales teams, and the Germany-based Spheros, where he was tasked with expanding its North American bus segment. He started his career in the banking and financial transaction industry, holding roles in marketing, finance and sales for companies providing technology to the finance, golf course, and bus industries.
