Volvo Bus Corp has acquired from Henlys Group plc the remaining 50% of bus manufacturer Prevost Car Inc. and its subsidiary Nova Bus.
Volvo now has sole ownership of the two Canadian manufacturers.

Volvo, the world’s largest manufacturer of diesel engines and second largest manufacturer of motorcoaches and buses, had been a 50% owner with Henlys since 1995.
