New FTA, FRA administrators tabbed
It was announced that President Bush will nominate Jenna Dorn as FTA Administrator and Allan Rutter as FRA administrator.
At press time, it was announced that President Bush will nominate Jenna Dorn as FTA Administrator and Allan Rutter as FRA administrator. Dorn has a wide range of experience within the federal government and private industry, including a stint as director of strategic planning at Martin Marietta. Dorn also has experience in the transportation field, having served as a special assistant to then-DOT Secretary Elizabeth Dole. Meanwhile, Rutter served as transportation policy director in the Texas governor’s office and deputy director of the Texas High-Speed Rail Authority
