ABC Companies recently launched a new fleet support service program, which will be delivered through its Support Operations Centers, and is expanding its digital graphic services to include design and production.
“ABC Support 360°” program features include live technical assistance for customers for claims processing, technical training and emergency roadside assistance through a toll free telephone number; toll free phone and online ordering capabilities, as well as customer support, through its Muncie Transit Supply and Baker Transit Parts divisions; and seven locations offering repair and interval maintenance, major collision repairs and more.
