ABC Companies recently launched a new fleet support service program, which will be delivered through its Support Operations Centers, and is expanding its digital graphic services to include design and production.

“ABC Support 360°” program features include live technical assistance for customers for claims processing, technical training and emergency roadside assistance through a toll free telephone number; toll free phone and online ordering capabilities, as well as customer support, through its Muncie Transit Supply and Baker Transit Parts divisions; and seven locations offering repair and interval maintenance, major collision repairs and more.

Meanwhile, ABC's new digital graphics services can design and produce graphic applications that could help operators market the services, enhance their image or launch new products and services. Some of its services include full and partial bus wraps, fleet graphics and advertising, special event and trade show displays and more.

ABC also has exclusive training programs coming up in 2009 at both their Florida and California locations.
