Blue Bird Corp. delivered its XCEL 102 bus to the county of San Benito, Calif., and the city of Laredo, Texas. San Benito took delivery of two of the vehicles and Laredo delivery of four. The buses are 35 feet long, 102 inches wide and are equipped with John Deere 8.1 liter CNG diesel engines, Allison B300R transmissions and full air suspension.
