Bytemark is launching Bytemark Bridge — a new plan, book, and pay platform spanning six configurable mobility suites, giving agencies comprehensive MaaS abilities that go beyond mobile ticketing. Services can be configured and combined based on what agencies want to offer their riders.

Bytemark Bridge comprises tools for travel planning, parking management, fare payments, and more. The platform provides a one-stop-shop for transit agencies, saving them time and money. With open APIs and a universal validation service, Bytemark Bridge also integrates with existing hardware, saving agencies the hassle and cost of replacing expensive investments.

An agency can implement one suite or many. The end goal of each is the same: To help agencies make the transit experience more enjoyable and more convenient for riders.

Each white-label tool can scale to meet an agency’s unique needs. Bytemark mobility suites include products powered by Siemens, a majority investor in Bytemark, and partners HaCon and Padam Mobility, both Siemens companies.

Bytemark, founded in 2011, started in mobile ticketing, and agencies are likely most familiar with Bytemark Passage, the ticketing suite portion of Bytemark Bridge. The account-based ticketing suite is anchored by visually validated tickets, which can be purchased via mobile or web and displayed on a smartphone, requiring zero interaction with a ticket vending machine or fare box. Other modules include Partner Programs and Fare Enforcement & Citation, as well as various loyalty and promotional options.
