MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. — Brian Piascik was hired as the new general manager of Coast RTA — an agency that has had a bumpy past with its last two CEOs fired, a failed bus shelter program prompting the repayment to the state of $75,000 annually for the next five years, and a tumultuous relationship with Horry County Council, its largest local funder, MyrtleBeachonline.com reported.
