Motorcoach company DC Trails Inc. announced its acquisition of BestBus in Washington, D.C.
BestBus is an online reservation company that has used various transportation companies to provide the equipment for their line-runs.
“We will continue the brand’s daily runs between stops in Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, Washington DC and New York City and offer affordable, safe, clean, convenient, and fully maintained newer coaches,” said DC Trails Owners William and Liliana Torres.
BestBus buses are equipped with Wi-Fi, AC outlets at each seat, cup holders, adjustable footrests, and other amenities. The company will continue using a guaranteed reservation system.
DC Trails operates Hop-On Hop-Off open-top sightseeing buses in Washington, D.C., as well as evening monument tours. Most of the company’s business is focused on group tours and charters.
