Honolulu chooses Innovative Paradigms, FLT for paratransit
Under the terms of the contract, FLT and Innovative Paradigms will work with local stakeholders to develop a plan that brings public transit and social service agencies together to deliver enhanced transportation services.
The City and County of Honolulu has selected the consulting team of Innovative Paradigms and FLT Consulting Inc. (FLT) to design and implement its plan for coordinated public transit – human services transportation for the island of Oahu.
Under the terms of the contract, FLT and Innovative Paradigms will work with local stakeholders to develop a plan that brings public transit and social service agencies together to deliver enhanced transportation services. The plan will be in compliance with federal SAFETEA-LU requirements established in 2005.
Headquartered in Sacramento, Calif., Innovative Paradigms is the consulting and contract services division of Paratransit Inc., a nationally recognized leader in coordinated transportation planning and management.
FLT Consulting Inc., based in Olympia, Wash., applies facilitation, planning and research skills to solve public policy challenges.
