Nova Bus announced Ray Little as its new VP, sales for North America, effective immediately. In collaboration with his team, he will oversee growth efforts across North America through the use of innovative business solutions, particularly in the U.S.
In his 25 years of experience, Little has held several executive-level positions at the firms where he has worked. He also founded and led for nearly two decades a company that supports transit clients in driving profitability. Until recently, he served as VP, business development, for MV Transportation, a private custom transportation and paratransit services firm.
“I am very pleased that Ray is joining Nova Bus. Throughout his impressive career, he has shown that he generates growth for the organizations he works with. His knowledge of transportation as a whole and the specific challenges of today’s mobility make him the ideal person for this position. His mission is clear: to increase market share in the United States and optimize operations in our Plattsburgh, New York, plant. Ray and Nova Bus also share values when it comes to performance,” said Martin Larose, VP and GM for Nova Bus.
