The NVR supports up to 12 IP cameras with high definition recording utilizing H.264 compression, providing nine times greater resolution compared to analog video solutions. The innovative mobile security system utilizes SafeStor technology (patent pending), an industry first onboard recording and storage solution combining one terabyte mobile-rated 2.5-inch hard drives and solid state storage capacity providing secure redundancy.

The feature-rich Safety Vision RoadRecorder 7000 offers 720 pixel resolution for better quality images over Cif or D1 Resolution; Cat5 cables for ease of installation and maintenance; 12 Power over Ethernet (PoE) ports for IP cameras; easy access and maintenance with main I/O ports on the NVR’s faceplate; and cell antenna for live look-in.

The network recording system's built-in 3G modem allows for remote access and is ideal for vehicle tracking and real-time video streaming.
