VANCOUVER HEIGHTS, B.C. — The Columbian reported that the Taxicab, Limousine & Paratransit Association (TLPA) named Ron Trujillo its 2013 Paratransit and Contracting Driver of the Year. Trujillo drives for Golden Chariot Specialty Transport.
