The vehicles will be manufactured at Bombardier Transportation's Görlitz facility in Germany and in Israel.

North County Transit District riders enrolled in drug and alcohol treatment programs will now pay $59 instead of $18 for a monthly bus pass. The district had trouble verifying that discount applicants were enrolled in a valid treatment program.
