ABC Companies announced several significant leadership transitions within its Senior Executive Team.
Chuck Carns, CFO and member of the ABC’s board, will be transitioning to an advisory role as he prepares for retirement.
The announcements include the transitioning of Chuck Carns from CFO and member of the ABC’s board to an advisory role as he prepares for retirement.

ABC Companies announced several significant leadership transitions within its Senior Executive Team.
Chuck Carns, CFO and member of the ABC’s board, will be transitioning to an advisory role as he prepares for retirement.
While he will be stepping down from his CFO duties this summer, ABC said he will continue to serve as a strategic business advisor through the end of 2024.
In addition to the Carns announcement, the company also made several leadership promotions, including:
Kelly Klein, who has been with ABC Companies for 10 years, was promoted to CFO.
Jay Oakman has been promoted to COO. Oakman will oversee operations to ensure efficiency and excellence across all departments.
John Gillis has been appointed president, ABC Companies Parts Source. With 24 years at ABC Companies, Gillis has built a world class parts operation. This new role is a result of the significant growth and success of ABC Companies Parts Source.
