AECOM Technology Corp., provider of professional technical and management support services for government and commercial clients around the world, announced that it acquired INOCSA Ingenieria, S.L. (INOCSA), a professional technical services firm with headquarters in Madrid, Spain.
INOCSA also has offices in Romania and Bosnia and a total of approximately 550 employees providing services to public and private clients. Its services include architecture, design, engineering, program management and urban planning.
"INOCSA's expertise in segments such as transportation — especially high-speed rail, which is a focus for us around the world — energy, environment and water make it a natural fit with AECOM's worldwide suite of services," said AECOM President/CEO John M. Dionisio. "Its presence in Europe also positively grows our footprint on the continent.
