AECOM joint venture wins San Francisco Muni contract
Phase II construction is expected to begin during 2010 with service to the public starting during 2016.
AECOM Technology Corp., in a joint venture with EPC Consultants, was awarded a $147 million contract to provide program management services to the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency for Phase II of its Central Subway project.
Under the terms of the five-year contract, with an additional five-year option, the AECOM joint venture will provide overall program management, oversee and track the related environmental-mitigation plan, risk management, public outreach, and regulatory and interagency coordination.
Phase II construction is expected to begin during 2010 with service to the public starting during 2016.
