Kelsian Group Limited (Kelsian) announced that Ace Express Coaches LLC (ACE Express) entered a new one year binding contract with the state of Colorado’s Department of Transportation.

The contract is for operation of the statewide Bustang and Pegasus motorcoach transit networks from November 1, 2024. The contract secures up to $26.5 million in revenue during the first year.

Ace Express is a subsidiary of All Abord America! Holdings, Inc. (AAAHI) and AAAHI is a subsidiary of Kelsian.

Planning For the Future

The contract was awarded following a competitive tender and demonstrates AAAHI’s long track record of contract retention.

“Contract retention remains a key pillar of our global growth strategy and we’re pleased with the recent outcome of AAAHI’s competitive tender with the State of Colorado’s Department of Transportation,” said Kelsian Group Managing Director Clint Feuerherdt. “Securing up to US$26.5M in revenue in the first year, the contract represents a strategic achievement for our operations in North America. Expansion opportunities also give scope to potentially more than double the existing services to the State of Colorado throughout the contract term.”

ACE Express has successfully operated the service since it began in 2015 with vehicles owned and procured by Colorado.

The contract is for the operation and fleet maintenance of approximately 49 motorcoaches and 16 vans requiring approximately 125 employees.
