WASHINGTON, D.C. — Washington Metropolitan Transportation Authority withdrew a plan to discontinue night bus service in the Southeastern region of the city, The Washington Post reported. The transit agency says buses in the area are routinely attacked and damaged, injuring riders and drivers.
