Daimler delivers Setra S 417s to Tenn.
All four coaches feature satellite television, wireless Internet, 19-inch LCD monitors and TopSky, an unobstructed view of the sky that creates an open feeling in the coach.
Greeneville, Tenn.-based Greene Coach Charters and Tours took delivery of four Setra S 417 luxury motorcoaches from Daimler Buses North America. The delivery marks the first four Setra S 417 coaches in Greene Coach Tours' fleet.
All four of the Setra S 417 luxury motorcoaches delivered to Greene Coach feature satellite television and wireless Internet, along with Setra’s Ambiente seating and 19-inch LCD monitors.
Two of the Setra S 417 coaches features TopSky, an unobstructed view of the sky that creates an open feeling in the coach, along with the optional rear window that further enhances the feeling of openness. The coaches are all equipped with seat belts and will feature a specially designed graphics package in recognition of Greene Coach’s 65th Anniversary.
The Setra also features a roll and pitch design element that helps prevent the vehicle from rocking and lurching in curves or on uneven surfaces, thus providing a noticeably smoother and safer ride for passengers.
