
SYRACUSE, N.Y. — To commemorate the anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act signing, Syracuse.com spoke with Arlene Kanter, Syracuse University professor of law and the director of the Disability Law and Policy Program, about the history of the ADA, its biggest accomplishments and what still needs to be done for the rights of people with disabilities.
