ECAT's paratransit services are designed, in accordance with ADA guidelines, specifically for individuals whose disabilities make it difficult for them to use ECAT fixed-route services. ADA-accessible vehicles are available for all ADA-eligible riders traveling within the ECAT service area. These are curb-to-curb services; and, based upon need and request, can also be door-to-door.
