Grande West Transportation Group Inc. has entered into a contract with Hinduja Tech Inc. for the design and engineering plans for its new U.S. operational facility and headquarters.

The Canadian company intends to design and develop its bus manufacturing facility in the State of Washington with aggressive timelines to launch its new bus production activities, specifically the development of its Buy America compliant buses geared toward U.S. markets.

As an integrated engineering and digital technology and solutions provider, Hinduja Tech Inc. brings exemplary design experience and proven track record to the table, enabling Grande West to scale up its bus business within the U.S. and expand its engineering team.

In late November, Grande West introduced its first electric bus model, the Vicinity Lightning Electric Vehicle, which is now for sale in the U.S. and Canada.
