All six directors of Indonesia's state-owned rail company resigned following the collision of two trains in Java on Tuesday in which more than 40 people were killed. The government says it plans to revamp the rail company's management and audit its financial, operational and security activities. The Indonesian railways have suffered several train crashes this year, with about 100 people killed.
