TOKYO- A Japanese rail company issued an apology to passengers after a train on the Tokyo Tsukuba Express line left 20 seconds earlier than scheduled, Bloomberg reports.
Metropolitan Intercity Railway Co. posted a news release to its website Nov. 14, apologizing to customers for any trouble caused by the 9:44 a.m. train's early departure.
