Lamers Bus Lines buys 6 MCI J4500s
Coaches are powered by clean-diesel engine technology and feature the latest in safety performance technology and in-cabin electronics.

[IMAGE]Lamers-new-J4500FULL.jpg[/IMAGE] Green Bay, Wis.-based Lamers Bus Lines Inc. added six Motor Coach Industries (MCI) J4500s to its fleet of 100-plus charter vehicles.
Lamers’ newest MCI coaches are powered by clean-diesel engine technology and feature the latest in safety performance technology and in-cabin electronics. The new coaches come equipped with wide-ride suspension, electronic stability control, SmarTire tire-pressure monitoring and Amerex fire-suppression systems. Two of the six MCI J4500 coaches ordered by Lamers are equipped with wheelchair lifts.
Additional features include the latest Blaupunkt entertainment system, 10.4-inch wide-screen video monitors, Wi-Fi and power outlets to charge electronics, and an iPod dock.
Two of Lamers’ new MCI coaches feature a new patriotic decal showcasing America’s most popular travel destinations with the tagline “We’re Proud to Show You America.”
With 24 locations throughout Wisconsin and one location in Florida, Lamers offers charter excursions and escorted tours throughout the continental U.S., Canada and the world.
