Lytx Inc. announced Seattle’s MTR Western has deployed the Lytx DriveCam™ Program across its entire fleet of 160 vehicles. MTR Western has been providing the Pacific Northwest with motorcoach service since 2003, specializing in commuter solutions, professional and college sports, corporate shuttle transportation and any special event that requires custom transportation.
The Lytx DriveCam Program helps prevent collisions, reduce injuries and save lives by combining video with predictive analytics, real-time driver feedback and coaching, empowering fleets to identify and correct driving behaviors that could lead to collisions.
MTR Western chose to roll out the DriveCam technology fleet-wide, in part, because of the program's patented, iterative process of scoring, prioritizing and tracking the results of driving behaviors. The DriveCam program identifies behavioral improvement opportunities for increased safety and passes them on to the fleet for use in coaching drivers, resulting in a streamlined safety process for the fleet.
