NJ Transit and the Greater Philadelphia Tourism Marketing Corp. (GPTMC) are partnering to promote the ease of traveling between Philadelphia and New York — via NJ TRANSIT and SEPTA — with a simple connection at the Trenton Transit Center, a convenient and affordable way to get to Philadelphia hotels.

NJ Transit and SEPTA recently introduced joint-ticketing options that enable customers to purchase NJ Transit and SEPTA tickets in a single transaction. In addition, the two agencies have worked together to improve scheduling for convenient transfers at Trenton, N.J., in an effort to make inter-agency travel easier than ever.

In addition, the GPTMC is introducing its "Philly Guest of the Day" promotion. Over the next two months, 100 travelers, who redeem a Philly Overnight Hotel Package before March 16, will be named "Philly Guest of the Day." These randomly chosen visitors will receive valuable prizes, including tickets to attractions and museums; hotel upgrades; and gift certificates for restaurants, nightlife venues and shops.
