San Antonio’s …..OK TOURS!!! received METRO Magazine’s Innovative Motorcoach Operator of the Year Award at the American Bus Association’s (ABA) Marketplace in Philadelphia.

Marcos Sarmiento, COO at …..OK TOURS!!!, was on hand to accept the award from METRO Publisher George Brennan during the ABA’s Operator Breakfast.

“It means a lot to us that our hard work is being recognized on a national scale,” Sarmiento told METRO about winning the award. “We owe this honor to everyone from our sales team to our motorcoach operators, our maintenance team, and everyone else here at …..OK TOURS!!! because we believe it takes a full team effort to get to this point.”

Innovation and Safety Keys to Success

Founded in 1993, …..OK TOURS!!! stands out for their commitment to safety, a superior passenger experience, and innovative marketing practices.

In fact, the company’s innovative approach to social media marketing has resulted in the company building an organic following of nearly 10,000 followers across multiple platforms by consistently producing engaging video and photo content that highlights the cleanliness and reliability of motorcoaches and their top-tier staff.

Their focus on digital content has increased customer engagement and helped position them as a premium service in the industry.

Meanwhile, to provide that premium service, …..OK TOURS!!! boasts a fleet of high-quality, modern motorcoaches, many of which are MCIs, equipped with satellite TV for its customers, and advanced security features, such as 360-degree cameras and Wingman collision mitigation technology to help enhance safety.

This attention to comfort and entertainment sets the operation apart from other companies, particularly appealing to families who prioritize safety and quality.

Honoring Innovation

For several years, METRO has celebrated innovative motorcoach operators with the Innovative Motorcoach Operator of the Year Award at ABA’s Marketplace.

Following a brief hiatus because of COVID, the award returned to the Marketplace program last year in Nashville and METRO is honored to return to the program once again in Philadelphia.

“We can’t think of a better company to honor than …..OK TOURS!!!,” said METRO Publisher George Brennan. “From their innovative marketing techniques to the lengths they go to ensure their operators provide a safe and reliable service to customers, their operation is a tremendous example of what the Innovative Motorcoach Operator of the Year Award is all about.”
