HARRISBURG, Pa. — As part of its commitment to provide quality transit service to central Pennsylvania’s paratransit ridership, the Capital Area Transit (CAT) People with Disabilities (PWD) Advisory Committee will conduct a system wide survey of PWD transit riders in three counties, according to FOX43.
The survey objectives are to assess rider experience with CAT and other transit services and to see if there are trends that suggest areas for improving rider experience and rider access to both fixed-route and paratransit services.
