Prevost delivers first safety belt-equipped H3-45s
Operator feels addition of safety belts will be a decision-making factor for many customers.
Sebring, Fla.-based Annett Bus Lines took delivery of five new Prevost coaches - the first seatbelt-equipped H3-45s off the assembly line.
The motorcoach operation, which counts the Florida public school system as one of its major customers, said that the addition on safety belts on the new H3-45s will become a decision-making factor for many customers.
Annett Bus Lines was founded by Eric and Norma Jean Annett in 1976. They began operation with one motorcoach available, setting high standards for performance, and made their first Prevost purchase in 1980. Today, the company has more than 50 coaches - all Prevosts - on the road, typically traveling more than three million miles per year.
