In a comprehensive report published by independent U.K.- based firm, IMS Research, Seon was ranked #1. According to the report, entitled "The World of Mobile Video Surveillance Equipment," Seon has also achieved more than one-third of the school bus market.
The report is published every two years.

Seon Design was first recognized by IMS Research in 2007, when Seon was identified as the mobile video surveillance market leader in the bus and coach industry. Seon maintained this standing in 2009, when it became evident that Seon's market share was growing. Now, in 2011, Seon has surpassed all competitors to become the world's leading mobile video surveillance equipment supplier.
Recent developments from Seon include the Web-based vMax Live Plus system, which allows fleet managers to realize the benefits of instant, real-time vehicle reporting; vMax Commander, a scalable software system that simplifies and automates regular tasks, increasing operational efficiency and lowering administration requirements; and the super tough outdoor CA Wedge camera, which offers durability and versatility in a dust and waterproof housing.
