REV Group announces price of initial public offering

REV Group Inc. announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 12.5 million shares of its common stock at the initial public offering price of $22 per share.

Additionally, certain selling stockholders have granted the underwriters for the offering an option to purchase up to 1,875,000 additional shares of REV Group Inc.’s common stock at the initial public offering price, less the underwriting discount. The offering is expected to close on or about February 1, subject to customary closing conditions.

REV Group’s shares of common stock have been approved for listing on the New York Stock Exchange and are expected to begin trading under the ticker symbol “REVG” on Friday.

Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and Baird acted as lead managers on the deal.
