The five-year deal with RTD’s Access-a-Ride expands upon Transdev’s operations throughout Colorado. In addition to the fixed-route contract with RTD, the company recently began fixed-route and paratransit operations in Grand Junction. Last year, Transdev began a transit maintenance contract in Colorado Springs.
The new contract also continues a company-wide trend of paratransit renewals and awards in major metropolitan cities across the country, including the Atlanta Metro region, Phoenix, Detroit, San Francisco, Las Vegas, and Baltimore.
