Russell brings an impressive background from the transportation industry and is a seasoned professional in business development. Her most recent position was serving as VP, business development, for MV Transportation, where she focused on the western region. She has a successful record of working with customers to bring customized offers and solutions. Prior to that, Russell owned a public relations consultancy for businesses throughout Solano County, California.
