“We established a new partnership with Mobility Management Partners (MMP), who has a great deal of experience and will bring high quality services to the region,” said Sean Powers, VP of Mobility Options for Transdev U.S. “By bringing together our ADA expertise and their innovative people-centered solutions, we know we will create undeniable value for our new client.”

This partnership allows Transdev to continue growing its experience with paratransit and the related ADA eligibility process through its Mobility Options business line.

“Our Mobility Options business, just like everything else we do, centers around our commitment to the passenger experience,” Powers said. “So, when you add our promise to provide outstanding customer service to an equation that already includes our technological expertise, varied transportation options, the delivery of accurate and consistent determinations and our focus on achieving efficient processes – we have created a great offering to our ADA passengers and our clients like RTA.”

Transdev currently operates multiple ADA paratransit eligibility programs across the U.S.

“Our goal is always to provide our passengers with the freedom to move through safe, innovative and efficient transportation solutions,” Powers said. “Since we are based in the Chicagoland area, we are that much more excited to share our knowledge and best practices with our new ‘hometown client’.”
