The session, sponsored by Q’Straint, will surely inspire participants as Aesch will bring to life stories from lessons learned during his many years as a transit management leader and innovator.

Click here to register for BusCon by August 28, 2015, and receive a discounted full conference pass or a free exhibit hall pass.

Aesch led an inefficient public bus company with a $27 million deficit and transformed it into an efficient public-private organization with a $20 million surplus within two years. His work drives change in public sector management and has been reported in several media outlets like the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, FoxNational News, the CBS Morning Show, and Bloomberg Radio and TV.

As a strong believer that public sector agencies can operate as efficiently and as focused on customer needs as private sector businesses, and as a leader in TransPro’s 7 Steps to Success strategic planning, performance scorecard systems, leadership coaching and customer satisfaction programs, Aesch’s “Driving Excellence” presentation will show how to revitalize staid cultures, motivate teams to reach higher levels of efficiency and transform customer service into customer satisfaction.
