FAIRFAX COUNTY, Va. — The AP reported that an American Transportation bus hit a guardrail and overturned along Interstate 95 before dawn on Sunday, killing one person and leaving 16 others hospitalized.
Virginia State Police told the AP that witnesses reported that a white, speeding four-door passenger vehicle swerved into the bus's travel lane. Witnesses also told the AP that the bus then swerved to the right to avoid the sedan, ran off the road, struck the guardrail and overturned. For the full story, click here.
