Trans/Air Manufacturing announces changes in warranty department
Jeff Kochenour will retire as warranty manager, with Craig Smith assuming the role.
Dallastown, Pa.’s Trans/Air Manufacturing Corp. announce personnel changes in the warranty department, including the retirement of Jeff Kochenour.
Craig Smith will be promoted to warranty manager. Smith has worn many hats during his 30-plus years at Trans/Air. With experience in production, installation, field service, and technical assistance, Smith’s transition into the position of warranty manager is a “perfect fit,” according to the company.
Jennifer Wagner will continue in her current position of warranty administrator. With 13 years of experience at Trans/Air and nine years in warranty, Wagner will work with Smith to continue a high level of warranty service for customers.
Trans/Air manufactures a full line of climate control systems. Units, parts, service, warranty, and new or aftermarket installations are available through factory-owned operations or a network of distributors throughout North America.
