Transdev North America named Laura Hendricks as its new president of Transdev Services. She is taking over this position from Cincinnati-based Mike Setzer, who successfully led Transdev’s transit business unit for the past 18 months and will now transition into part-time retirement.

Hendricks brings with her an array of operational and managerial expertise built over a career that spans some 30 years. She is an accomplished senior executive with extensive experience in operations, business development, client services, quality and financial oversight, culture-building, change management, and more. She has held leadership roles in several companies with geographically dispersed operations like Transdev’s, including Cintas and FedEx, where she spent eight and 16 years respectively.

Hendricks also has held executive roles at XPO Logistics and was president of Valspar — a global coatings manufacturer. She spent three years as president of Merry Maids, a division of ServiceMaster, with 450 franchise operations and over 80 company-owned operations across the U.S. She also served as CEO and a board member of Coach America, where she was promoted to CEO from EVP of business development.

Going forward, Mike Setzer will serve as client and operational advisor to CEO Yann Leriche and to Hendricks, as he transitions into his part-time retirement.
