Complete Coach Works (CCW) named Mark Hollenbeck as its new business development manager, reporting to the company’s CCCO Patrick Scully.

With an impressive 27-year career in the transit industry, Hollenbeck brings a wealth of experience and expertise across manufacturing, OEM sales, publishing, media, trade shows, and software.

Bringing Experience to CCW

Hollenbeck began his career in the transit industry with Metrotrans Corp. in bus sales before transitioning to the publishing side of the industry.

He served as Associate Publisher for both School Bus Fleet and Metro Magazine under Bobit Business Media for 20 years.

Hollenbeck’s leadership extended to the BusCon annual trade show, where he played a pivotal role in showcasing industry trends and developing networking opportunities.

Time in the Bus Industry

In 2020, Hollenbeck returned to bus sales and became the West Coast Sales Director at Proterra, focusing on driving growth and supporting the adoption of electric vehicle (EV) technology.

Most recently, he served as sales director at WideSense, a leading software company specializing in transit solutions and EV fleet transitions.

“Mark’s extensive background in the industry, together with his positive approach and his proven track record in sales make him an excellent addition to our team,” said Scully. “We are thrilled to have him on board and look forward to the strategic insights and leadership he will bring as we continue to grow our business in the North American transportation sector.”
