New Flyer to deliver 8 CNG buses for BC Transit
BC Transit connects over 52.3 million customers in partnership with 59 local governments across 130 communities in the British Columbia province every year.

New Flyer Industries Canada ULC (New Flyer), the Canadian subsidiary of New Flyer Industries Inc. (NFI Group), announced that BC Transit Corp. awarded New Flyer a contract for eight Xcelsior compressed natural gas (CNG) 40-foot, heavy-duty transit buses (eight equivalent units), which will be converted from New Flyer’s option backlog to the firm order backlog.
