On Thursday, the American Bus Association (ABA) and Monster.com announced they have formed an alliance to provide ABA members access to Monster’s online recruitment expertise and solutions, with the goal of assisting them to quickly and efficiently find skilled and hourly workers.

Key to the alliance is access to Monster’s TargetPost, an eCommerce solution geared toward employers looking to hire hourly or salaried workers by allowing them to select a posting using a set of pre-defined job titles with associated job descriptions in a variety of industries, including transportation.

ABA members will be able to edit, post and activate a relevant job ad for immediate openings for skilled and hourly candidates.
