BusRates.com and Distinctive Systems unveiled new software integration to streamline lead management and track charter bookings.
Charter operators who list their company on BusRates.com have the option to have leads they receive from charter-seeking customers, who find their business in the most-visited group travel directory online, automatically queue their quote data into Distinctive Systems' Coach Manager software. This increases efficiency for those operators who use the Distinctive Systems Coach Manager software by eliminating the need to individually transcribe customer quote requests in the quotation management system.

When a client completes and submits a quotation request on Busrates.com, that request will be sent to Distinctive Systems' Web service for temporary storage on their server. The operator's Coach Manager booking system checks the server every few minutes for any new requests and, when it finds one, raises a pop up notification to let the operator know they have a new quotation ready for downloading directly into their Coach Manager database, thus eliminating any repetitive data entry.
The integration is available to bus operators who are listed on BusRates.com for a one-time setup fee of $149 and is included as a part of the per month charge for the Distinctive Systems Hosted API functionality.
