RIVERSIDE, Calif. — Mt. San Jacinto College students will be able to ride Riverside Transit Agency fixed-route and commuter buses for free under the GoPass pilot program. Riverside County and 11 cities in the college's central and southwest county service area are subsidizing the $18,500 cost of the program with air-quality improvement funds, the Press-Enterprise reports.
