Cubic Transportation Systems Inc. (CTS) named Dave Lapczynski as its chief operating officer, overseeing all program management, engineering and manufacturing functions. Lapczynski, a Cubic executive for more than 20 years, most recently served as senior vice president of manufacturing and held prior responsibilities in operations and engineering management. CTS provides automated fare collection systems for public transport including bus, bus rapid transit, light rail, commuter and heavy rail.
