First Transit Inc. will operate the ADA call center for the Regional Transportation District (RTD) of Denver, Colo. First Transit will assume responsibility for this service for the RTD on November 1. The contract is the third contract that First Transit has signed recently with the RTD. First Transit started service on two full turnkey operation contracts in January of this year, transitioning more than 600 employees and operating more than 220 buses.
